Terms of Use

The service

AI Safety Careers is a curated board for opportunities across the AI safety and AI security ecosystem. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves.

For candidates

Listings are provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee that a role is available, accurate, current, or suitable for you. Applications are submitted to the employer or another third-party destination, not to AI Safety Careers. We do not make hiring decisions and are not a party to any employment relationship.

For employers

By submitting a role, you represent that you are authorized to act for the employer and that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us permission to review, reproduce, display, and distribute submitted listing content as needed to operate and promote the board.

We may decline, edit for clarity or formatting, remove, or stop displaying any submission at our discretion. Submission or payment does not guarantee publication or a particular placement.

Paid campaigns

Paid campaigns are offered to employers acting in a business or professional capacity. They purchase visibility or review-speed options, not editorial eligibility. The price, campaign period, and any applicable refund handling are shown during the submission and checkout flow. If a paid role is rejected, the site’s submission flow provides for a full refund.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to access the service except as permitted by applicable law and our published interfaces.

Third-party services

The board links to employer sites, applicant-tracking systems, and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

International use and consumer rights

We operate the service from the United States, but it may be accessed internationally. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI Talent Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on a listing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
